Part of members of Board of Directors of Poly Group went Singapore to attend the business operation training for Board of Directors organized by SASAC.
From Nov. 7 to 12, 2010, SASAC organized some directors and Board Secretaries from large SOEs to go Singapore for “SASAC-TEMASEK” business operation training for Board of Directors. The training included: introduction of major experiences of Singapore Temasek Corporation and Temasek-linked corporations in establishment and operation of Board of Director, on-the-spot investigation of Temasek-linked corporations such as Singapore Airlines, Singapore Media Group, and communication and discussion with director members and executives thereof. Poly Group executives attended this training included: Chairman Chen Hongsheng, President hang Zhengao, Director Wang Xiaochao, Director Zhang Liansheng, External Director Xu Donggen, and Board Secretary Hou Hongxiang.
