President Zhang Zhengao went to Shandong for projects inspection of real estate, culture and civil explosives.
President Zhang Zhengao and vice president Chen Xiaozhong went to Shandong for working inspection from May 15 to 17. They paid visits to real estate projects in Jinan, Qingdao, Weihai and Yantai, the new and old sites of Jinan explosives Co., Ltd. as well as Qingdao and Yantai theatre and made discussion with the concerned managing team respectively. President Zhang made a thorough understanding of the construction joints, sales planning and capital status, and affirmed the rapid achievements that the two real estate companies had got. He requested for strict control of investment scale, asset-liability ratio decrease; deleverage reinforcement; transformation from scale-speed to quality-profit model; resource transfer from real estate to other industries and obey of the examining and approving rules and regulations of real estate projects of the headquarters. President Zhang also inspected the new and old sites of Jinan explosives Co., Ltd. He pointed out that as one base of the civil explosives industry of Poly Group, it should enhance the scale and capacity by applying capital management, which would lead the speedy development of the whole civil explosives industry. During his stay in Shandong, president Zhang also inspected Qingdao and Yantai Theatre managed by Poly Theatre Management Co., Ltd., affirmed the outstanding performances under strict and standard administration of the two theatres who successfully took the advantage of Poly’s performance and cinema circuits.
