Outside directors of Poly Group Kong Lingjian, Zhang Zhong, Yu Bo, Xie Jiajin, president assistant, director of real estate department Zhang Wanshun, secretary of board of directors Hou Hongxiang inspected operation status and development projects of Poly Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. Beijing branch on May 18, 2011, accompanied by chairman of the Board of directors Liu Ping and president Liu Xiang of Beijing branch. Chairman Liu Ping made report to the outside directors about the operation and administration of Beijing branch, introduced the organizational structure, real estate projects, market share and visions during the recent years, and made analysis of the policy change on real estate industry as well as the marketing situation at the present. The outside directors affirmed the great achievements that Beijing branch had got and highly appraised the on-time measures for the policy change and active participation in the public low-income housing of Beijing branch. They also pointed out that the effect of the macro control policy was severe and would last long and suggested seizing the opportunity to reinforce the present achievements, speeding up the enterprise development and taking part in the public low-income housing construction. Later on, the outside directors went to the real estate projects under construction and on sale and made high appraisal of the projects’ quality.
