Human resources training of 2011 of Poly Group was held in New Poly Plaza on Dec. 6, 2011. President Zhang Zhengao, vice president Chen Xiaozhong and CFO Peng Bihong of Poly Group attended the meeting. Staff of human resources department of headquarters as well as human resources staff of main subsidiaries and project companies totaling 61 took part in the training.
President Zhang made speech on the meeting, requesting the human resources working staff of the group serve for the reform and development of the group, for the whole working staff of the group with the working style of “fair, honest, low-profile, high-efficient” based on rules and regulations establishment.
During the meeting, leaders from the Bureau of Enterprise Remuneration of SASAC made explanation on the gross payroll budget management; general manager of the Human Resources Department of the headquarter introduced the rules and regulations newly published as well as the knowledge about professional ranks and titles; Poly Tech, Poly Real Estate, Poly Properties and Poly Energies made exchanges on the performance appraisal of the managements and staff, young employees training and recruitment. The training would have active impact on the human resources work of the whole group.
