Chairman Chen Hongsheng went to Chengdu to take part in the “Trip of state-owned enterprises to Sichuan province” and inspected Poly Real Estate (Chengdu) Co., Ltd.
Memorandum of Understanding between SASAC and Sichuan provincial government signing ceremony. i.e. cooperative projects of “Trip of state-owned enterprises to Sichuan province” signing ceremony was held in Chengdu on Oct 21, 2011. Director of SASAC Wangyong, deputy Party Secretary of Sichuan provincial committee of CPC and governor of Sichuan province Jiang Jufeng attended the ceremony and made speech relatively. Deputy Party Secretary of Sichuan provincial committee of CPC and Party Secretary of Chengdu municipal committee of CPC Li Chuncheng and vice director of SASAC Huang Danhua attended the ceremony and presided over the signing ceremony. Chairman of the Board of Directors Chen Hongsheng took part in the concerned activities.
During his stay in Chengdu, chairman Chen also paid inspection to the real estate projects in Chengdu and Deyang developed by Poly Real Estate(Chengdu) Co., Ltd. He made emphasis that confronting the strict macro control policy, investing impetus and investment scale had to be taken into control; capital reserve and continuous cash flow should be taken into consideration; managing level and products quality should be enhanced for winning more advantages in future competitions. He also congratulated on the sales achievements Chengdu company had made under the gloomy circumstance and hoped that Chengdu company could innovate developing thoughts and provided beneficial reference to the real estate industry, which was the main business of Poly Group.
