“2011 China low-income public housing development Summit” was hold recently. Poly real estate was accredited with “Enterprises of special contribution to the low-income public housing” thanks to its active participation and execution of the low-income public housing work in a few cities throughout China.
Poly real estate, as the fist batch of enterprises participating the low-income public housing construction, developed the first public housing project in Guangzhou in 2007, in the meanwhile it launched the first public housing project in Beijing. Up till now, Poly real estate has submitted letters to 19 cities expressing the willingness to participate in the low-income public housing projects. Poly real estate will, as usual, commit its social responsibility and actively take part in the public housing projects construction in local cities.
