SASAC held 2010 working report meeting of the Board of Directors of Poly Group on July 21, 2011. Deputy Director of SASAC Shao Ning presided over the meeting and chairman Chen Hongsheng made working report of 2010 on behalf of the Board of Directors of Poly Group. Directors Zhang Zhengao, Wang Xiaochao, Zhang Zhong, Yu Bo, Xie Jiajin, Xu Donggen and Board secretary Hou Hongxiang attended the meeting and made supplementary speech. Chairman of the Supervisory Board Shi Xiping and directors of concerned bureaus of SASAC also attended the meeting.
Deputy Director of SASAC Shao Ning and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Shi Xiping affirmed the achievements that Poly had made to standardize the work of Board of Directors and made instruction on further work for the Board of Directors of Poly Group.
