Poly Group convened the Fourth Session Of First Board of Directors
On Oct. 20, 2010, in conference room on 34th floor of Shanghai Poly Plaza, Poly Group convened the Fourth Session of the First Board of Directors. Development strategy and planning of Poly Group from 2010 to 2015 was examined and approved in principal on the conference, and also the following was reported on the conference: financial situation of Poly Group during the first three quarters of 2010, situation of Poly Culture and Arts Co., Ltd to be listed on stock market through re-organization, and business performance of Poly Real Estate during the first three quarters of 2010. The conference was presided by Chairman Chen Hongsheng. Executives attended the conference included: Directors Zhang Zhengao, Wang Xiaochao, Zhang Liansheng, Kong Lingjian, Zhang Zhong, Yu Bo, Xie Jiajin, and Xu Donggen. Attendees without voting rights included: Cui Shian, Chairmen of the Supervisory Board for Key Large State-Owned Enterprises, Xia Ceming, Director of 07 Office of the Supervisory Board for Key Large State-Owned Enterprises, executives of Group Corporation, heads of related functional departments and enterprises.
