On Oct. 29, 2010, in conference room on 28th floor of Beijing New Poly Plaza, First Session by Remuneration and Performance Appraisement Committee under the First Board of Directors of Poly Group was held. Remuneration management and evaluation of performance of Poly Group were reported on the conference. The conference was presided by Director Zhang Zhong, convener of Remuneration and Performance Appraisement Committee.
