Annual training of budget drafting and final accounting was held during 22nd -23rd , Nov., 2010 in Bejing New Poly Plaza to ensure the smooth 2010 final accounting and 2011 budge drafting . About 130 people including the Chief Accounts and staffs from financial department of subsidiaries at all level attended the training. Mr. Zhang Zhengao, the President delivered a speech.
