Poly Group convened the seventh session of the first Board of Directors in New Poly Plaza of Beijing on April 2, 2011. The “Proposal of the Performance Measures of Vice Directing Leaders of Poly Group” had been examined and approved on the conference. The conference was presided by Chairman Chen Hongsheng. Executives attending the conference included Directors Zhang Zhengao, Wang Xiaochao, Zhang Liansheng, Kong Lingjian, Zhang Zhong, Yu Bo, Xie Jiajin, and Xu Donggen. Representatives of the Supervisory Board of SASAC, the management and heads of related departments of Poly Group also attended the conference.
