Chairman of the Board of Directors of Poly Group Chen Hongsheng went to Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangxi, Zhejiang and Shandong for working inspection of real estate projects from April 11 to 20 accompanied by Party member of the standing committee of CPC of Poly Group, chairwoman of Poly Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. Song Guangjv, president Zhu Mingxin, vice president and CFO Zhang Xi and vice president Chen Dongjv of Poly Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd., and president of Poly Property Group Co., Ltd. Han Qingtao respectively. During the inspection period, Chaiman Chen requested for complete understanding of the severe and sustaining national macro control on real estate industry, active participation in the low-income public housing construction, strict control of investing scale, avoidance of operation risk and enhancement of project quality and marketing competitiveness. During the visit in Chongqing and Shandong, chairman Chen also inspected Chongqing Theatre and Yantai Theatre managed by Poly Theatre Management Co., Ltd. and made thorough understanding of the investment and management of the theatres.
