Poly Real Estate ranked Top 10 of the “China responsible real estate enterprises Top 100”
Know from the press conference of the first “China responsible real estate enterprises Top 100”, 100 responsible real estate enterprises were announced by Policy Research Center of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and China Construction Daily from more than 60 thousand main real estate enterprises in China. Poly Real Estate and Vanke ranked Top 10. In the meanwhile, taking the Top 100 as important samples, Policy Research Center of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and China Construction Daily made study on the status quo of China real estate enterprises’ implementation of social responsibility and released the “Report on the social responsibility practices of China real estate enterprises” and the first “China responsible real estate enterprises Top 100”.
