President Zhang Zhengao paid an inspection to Tianjin branch of Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd.
President Zhang Zhengao and CFO Peng Bihong went to Tianjin for working inspection, visited relative real estate projects and made discussion with the managing team on June 2, 2011. President Zhang made a thorough understanding of the sales contracting, promotion planning and project development and affirmed the rapid and steady grow of Tianjin company. He requested for strict control of investment scale, asset-liability ratio decrease; real estate development mode and structure adjustment; transformation to quality-profit model; reinforcement on the main business beyond real estate industry to realize sustainable, stable and balance development. CEO Peng pointed out that confronting the strict policy on real estate and credit, Tianjin branch had kept credit financing and capital return in a healthy state, however, it still had to keep alert on the liability risk control to strengthen the capability of capital guarantee. President Zhang also hoped that Tianjin branch, by seizing opportunity of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, could strengthen the exchange and cooperation with partners in different fields to build up low-cost projects with high quality and performance.
